What’s Included in Our Grooming Services
Every bath and full grooming appointment includes our Essential package. Full grooms also include a customized haircut and styling based on your dog’s breed, coat condition, comfort, and your preferred result.
Professional Bath
Your dog receives a thorough bath using grooming products selected for their coat and skin needs. You are also welcome to provide your own shampoo when your dog requires a particular product.
Blow Dry and Brush-Out
After bathing, dogs are towel-dried and hand fluff-dried as appropriate for their coat. A complete brush-out helps remove loose hair, separate the coat, and create a clean, finished result.
Nail Trim and Ear Cleaning
Every Essential service includes nail trimming and ear cleaning. Electronic nail filing is also available for dogs that need a smoother, more rounded finish.
Haircut and Styling
Full grooming appointments include a haircut and styling tailored to your dog’s breed, coat condition, handling needs, and your preferred result.

How long does a grooming appointment take?
Many complete grooming appointments take approximately two to four hours. Timing can vary depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, service, drying time, behavior, and handling needs. We will contact you when your dog is ready for pick-up.
What happens if my dog is matted?
Your dog’s comfort and safety come first. Light matting may sometimes be removed through careful brushing or de-matting, but severe matting can be painful and damaging to the skin. When necessary, we may recommend a shorter haircut rather than prolonged or uncomfortable de-matting.
Can I bring a picture of the haircut I want?
Yes. Reference photos can help communicate your preferred style. The final result will depend on your dog’s coat texture, current coat condition, previous haircut, body structure, and comfort during grooming.
Can I request the same groomer?
Yes. We understand that consistency can be especially helpful for nervous dogs. We will do our best to schedule your dog with the requested groomer, subject to availability.
